It's More Fun in Boracay

Last October 18, some of us accountancy students went to Boracay (the best beach in the Philippines) to attend the Mid-Year Convention for the Western Visayas Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants. I was really excited for the event since it's only rare that I get to go there and see the famous the white sand beach without having storms to ruin the fun. I had lots of plans in my head, which includes taking photos in films and trying out some water sports, but fate seemed not to be on my side because my period arrived (stopping me from enjoying the beach) and the film camera I was eyeing to buy just mysteriously disappeared from the store's display. So there goes the fun.

And... there were also some problems with the whole convention's program. I can honestly say that I didn't enjoy the convention itself, but because I had an amazing company throughout the event, I still went home with a big and swelling heart and lots of memories (fun ones!) to treasure.

Here are some photos I took while I was there. They are just so random, because I'm not really in the mood to arrange them properly. tee hee.=P Enjoy!. =))

Pizza Cravings!

I know this is so random, but I just wanna share this. haha. Anyways, I've been craving for pizza since last week, but because we were so busy for finals week to even visit the mall, I had to set aside that craving for a while. Then, when I re-watched Sidney White and saw the characters eating pizza last week, that craving came up again, and it just became worse that it was all I could think about. But I wasn't able to satisfy it until yesterday while I had lots of time walking around the mall, I was looking for the perfect place to fully satisfy my pizza cravings!

I passed by Sbarro and saw this display. Oh my, an answer from above. I just had to buy one a slice very big one that is, even if it's too pricey for my liking. What can I do, it's the only pizza that can suffice my rumbling stomach and wanting taste buds. Because I had too much craving, I had to buy twice in a row. Talk about dieting for my Bora trip. haha.

My faves! Hawaiian and Supreme. Looking at these at this ungodly hour (3am) is not doing me any good. I should stop now. okay.

Short, No shorts

This is what I wore during our sem-ender party. Actually that morning, before we left, it was raining really hard and I was hesitant to wear anything short or sleeveless since I thought it would be cold. But I didn't wanna wear jeans either, it would be inappropriate because it would be a sort-of pool party. So I decided to wear this oversized polo and shorts, and yes, I'm wearing shorts underneath those very long polos. haha.

I think I made the right choice since by the time we arrived at the place, the sun was already up and brightly shining. The polo was perfect for the weather because it was so light and the size was so comfortable, I can freely move and do anything.

As you can see, I really love the torquise color, especially when it comes to accessories. It's so cooling in the eyes and just perfect to mix with anything in my closet.

Laughed Out Loud

Last Saturday, our block had a sem-ender party at one of our blockmate's place in Sta. Barbara. It was meant to make us forget all the stress and trauma we suffered during the first semester of this school year. Even if the others still have exams on Monday, they tried to ignore it for a while and just relaxed and had fun.

We barbecued, swam, played cards, pigged out, and karaoke-ed. It was the best party ever! I can say that no one was left out, no one was a kj, no one  refused the dare to sing-along. Even those people we never heard sing, EVER, got the courage to sing in front of everyone, all for the sake of f-u-n.

I really love these people.

Iloilo Designers Week

Hello again people! I just finished taking a long exam for my major subject, so I think I deserve a little break. And I'll use up the time to make an overdue post here in my neglected blog. But I really thank readers who still drop by here and make lovely comments on my previous posts. Thanks so much!!

Anyways, storms are hitting the country again, meaning rains every freaking day, but thank God, last Thursday was an exemption, so I was able to wear shorts. =)

As you can see, I really love this lace top + collar neckpiece combination that I wear it as much as I can. They look so dainty together. =)

And added with these loafers I got from a local department store. just.plain.perfect.

Anyways, something is good is coming to Iloilo! Iloilo Designers Week!
